WIP frames from an animation of what happens when Sophia steps in a pit trap. Here's a hint: the traps were probably intended for someone a bit smaller than her.

I'm working on a tiny minigame in which holding down a button causes Sophia to "charge up" and attempt to break free from these traps. The time it takes to do this is intended to punish the player for stepping in these traps, but she also breaks free of one as part of the story so even if you're playing the game well, you won't miss out on this cute animation.

Nice I just wonder if down a floor level and respawn mobs like in a dungeon game but I can understand why if it does.

Bit of a blind-guess question, but do the weight-checking mechanics teased in prior pics play into this kinda stuff in any way? Because TBH it's kinda funny to think of something like the size of her butt doubling as an anti-trap feat XD

That would be so much fun! Especially if it was also used for things like crossing rickety bridges.
