I assume someone this but just in case they haven't: medevac is often you riding in the interior of the helicopter. For something like the side of a mountain, you might be dangling, for a severe car accident you're loaded to the interior

i fainted once at a really small show for the japanese house. i was just in my coat in the crowd and started feeling really sick. apparently it was a mix of dehydration and my knees locking up (?? so w all due respect the chairs probably do factor in lol) and it was terrible bc i fainted WHILE trying to go get some air outside so my boyfriend & a guard had to carry my 200 pound ass to a corner 😭 where i woke up shortly after. so i assume it's a mix of weed, no water, and standing. and Leftists™️ love being dehydrated
