New NPCs (already done & coming) (Patreon)

I'm a bit pre-occupied at the moment with things in my life right now (things like water & heating, yea), so I didn't do any serious texture work. I remember about the other things, but at the moment I have no patron requests, so I assume everyone's happy with how it's going. The dragon project is huge (and a bit much for one person, I could argue), but I will be back on it eventually. I remember about the freckles, don't worry.

The NPCs from the screenshots (I didn't screenshot everyone) will be available (with the new NPC mod build) at the end of October, with a little bit of extra content for Halloween (not textures - imagine that) included.
