January Dormitory Diary Entry - Yamaguchi (Patreon)

Happy New Year!

I'm back home with my parents for New Year's holidays relaxing.

Last year was a busy year for me, so I plan to take it easier this year while striving to improve my art skills.

In less than 3 months, I'll officially enter my second year of work.

Since I started this job in the Summer of last year, a lot of time has passed, but having not had much time to practice art, my in-betweens have yet to see much development.

By April, I plan on revisiting any movements I'm struggling with and practicing drawing accurate layouts from storyboards.

Also, I couldn't reach my goal of 300 frames per month (not even once), but I WILL meet my target this year.

(Hopefully without sacrificing my health).

お世話になっております。山口です。

あけましておめでとうございます。

年末年始は実家に戻ってゆっくりしています。

昨年は色々バタバタした一年だったので、今年は技術向上のために努力しつつも穏やかに過ごしたいです。

社会人1年目もあと3ヶ月を切りました。

夏頃に動画作業が始まってしばらく経ちますが、思ったように描けず時間がかかっているのであまり原画練習に手が回っていません。

4月までに現在苦手だと感じている動きの復習と、絵コンテを見て適切なレイアウトを作れるように練習を進めていきたいです。

そして月300枚の目標も昨年は結局一度も達成できなかったので今年こそは達成します。

2023年はもっともっと頑張ります。

(体を壊さない程度で、にはなりますが…)
