Our primary strategy is still to utilize our worldwide platform to secure funding without relying on a production committee and, of course, to produce anime with ethical budgets. We also hope to utilize these productions as avenues to bring up new talent. We've been producing original anime (without the use of a production committee) since 2020. We also began hiring and training full-time staff in March of 2023. As mentioned, we’re using short-form anime productions (such as this music video) to provide hands-on training for new animators. They receive detailed guidance from dedicated directors and animation supervisors. In the face of the anime industry's critical talent shortage, finding qualified educators was a major challenge. However, we were fortunate to enlist the support of our dormitory program's alumni, enabling us to offer high-quality training. Additionally, we record all our training sessions. These recordings are promptly shared with all 12 current dormitory residents at the conclusion of each session. We also edit and publish these training videos on our YouTube channel, Animator Dormitory Channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JI3m2ahzOlQ&list=PLtDSIiNInRZnobbFoFtZDJLK35gmNCQ-h We've undertaken this initiative with two main objectives: to illustrate the extensive effort and cost involved in training new talent for the general public and to provide untrained new animators with a resource we hope they will utilize. Developing job-related skills requires actual work experience and constructive criticism. Yet, opportunities to observe others' work and receive feedback are surprisingly scarce, even for those within the anime industry. After one year of training our new animator, we're pleased with their progress. We believe that if we continue this approach through the years, we can establish multiple studios, each equipped with several capable young animators. We kindly ask for your continued support in these endeavors. Thank you!
