At the end (i think this is not confirmed), but you can see Jean and Mikasa together with a kid, visiting Eren's grave (the clothes are the same they used on Marley). The theory is that Jean always liked Mikasa and that's why he was getting fancy on the boat, to see Mikasa. Also you can see old Armin visiting the grave, with the hat and cane. The invasion occurred exactly like it was predicted (i dont know how many years passed), but they said in S4 that if they release a mini rumbling the world wouldn't touch the island for at least 50 years. And then the cycle repeated if you wanna see it in that way, the boy is entering Ymir's tree.
