That ending scene was just Wanda using her powers. The power she was using is likely astral projection, she's projecting her spirit out of her body to study the book of the damned to learn more about herself and her powers while also going about her day to day life.

There is no Wanda movie that we know about but Wanda is confirmed to be starring in Dr Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness. The end credit scene heavily implies she will be an antagonist, since she’s studying the Darkhold, a powerful book of evil magic, and likely causing shenanigans to “free” her kids. Her floating in the Scarlet Witch gear was her using astral projection to studying and drink tea at the same time - something along the lines of what we saw Dr. Strange do in his movie. White vision is a large, unexplained thread left hanging so who knows where he shows back up. Monica is confirmed as in Captain Marvel 2. She may have a role in the Disney Plus series “Secret invasion,” since that’s starring Nick Fury and (almost certainly) Skrulls The finale was a mixed bag for me, although the overall series was incredibly entertaining. We got a whole new vibe from Marvel, amazing performances from the cast, much needed and well executed backstory for Wanda and Vision, and some stuff to link up with future films. The finale wrapped up the emotional arc for Wanda and Vision well - that has to be the big goal and they nailed that. Monica, Darcie, Heyward, and Woo, however, got short shrift. Heyward really fell flat as the second big bad, and Monica, Darcie, and Woo had barely anything to do. The show runners have said COVID really fucked production, with CGI not being done until literally the last week before the finale. There was supposed to be a fight between Monica, Darcie, and “Ralph” in demon form but that was nixed before it got too far, plus COVID. The tease of Fox Pietro leading to…a dick joke was a big miss. You can’t tease that for just a 4th grader joke, Feige is almost always better than this I think Wanda, as they played the final scene before the end credits, seemingly got away with taking a town of hundreds/thousands hostage and inflicting immeasurable mental anguish for days. She did suffer pain herself, but essentially no authority even slapped her wrists and she didn’t stick around to rebuild or heal the victims. Felt off to me. Dr. strange HAD to make an appearance IMO. The sanctum is mere hours away and he’s literally sorcerer supreme- in charge of guarding this dimension from all magic threats. I know they’re gonna handle this in the Dr. Strange movie but not even a glimps of him here felt…remarkably limiting in a way the MCU usually doesn’t. Overall, very fun, very different, but some odd decisions and COVID led to a bumpy landing. falcon and winter soldier is going to bring a very different energy, looking forward to the reactions. I think that’s a strength of these first three MCU D+ shows; they’re all, different
