Greetings Patrons,

I have really fond memories of watching SeaQuest DSV when it was on television in the early 90s. I'm a huge Roy Scheider fan so anything he was in, I was going to at least check out.  While it was only around for 3 seasons, it changed (for the worse) after the first season, becoming more action oriented. That first season, however, which I rewatched during lockdown, still holds up fairly well.

The music was especially good, and seemed to be a cut above most network television programs of the day. The man behind it was John Debney, who I don't think gets nearly enough credit in today's Hollywood.

This new track, Everdeep, is about wonder and exploration. It's full of heavenly choirs, cascading harps and soaring strings. There's a slight hint of mystery to it, but mainly it's got glowing neon letters over it that say: 'behold!'

The ambience is, of course, underwater, but it's deep. Very deep,  so more rumbling than bubbly, if you know what I mean. There are calls of large creatures and possibly some sort of biological technology as well. The ambience-only track can be combined with some scary music for a totally different experience.

Like most music composed for underwater scenes, the music-only track will work equally well in outerspace and scifi settings. I hope these find their way into your stories.

Thank you all, as always, for your continuing support.

Best,

Tim

I'm designing an adventure that takes place in the Elemental Chaos plane of Water and this will be perfect. Fantastic!

Okay, this one was worth uploading to Roll20. The ambience was very well done. Kudos.

The music is nice, and I'm sure I'll find a place for it. But that ambience-only track is amazing...love it! Besides being excellent for most underwater scenes, it also makes a great, fairly relaxing track to throw on when I'm writing and want some background ambience to enhance my creativity.
