Greetings Patrons,

All the planning in the world can't prepare you for that moment when the sea turns against you. You rarely get much of a warning, and it's only the skill of every soul on board that gets you through.

This is a fitting track coming so soon after Space Battle. The ocean of the 18th century was very much the template for modern science fiction exploration and conquest. Sailors against the sea, Humans against space. Both cold, hard and unfathomable. We are after all, adrift in some form or another our entire life. It is these adventures that focus our thoughts and energies and show us what it is to survive, to live, and hopefully to prosper.

I've included both ambience-only and music-only versions of this track for Patreon patrons.

Thank you all, as always, for your continuing support.

Best,

Tim

I really like this one, especially because there's not a lot of good sea-battle musics out there. But would it be possible to get a mix that emphasizes the music portion just a little bit more?

would it be possible to get a track of this with less crew shouting?

Love this one! Definitely wondering the same as John Hazelwood though, would it be possible to get a track without the crew shouting?
