Greetings Patrons,

I wanted to do a fight track that wasn't EPICLY EPIC™.  It's not about slaying dragons with flaming swords as much as it is about clearing out the rat infestation with rusty daggers.  It's almost tounge-in-cheek, but not quite.

Rat Battle is a purely musical track that's perfect for lighter styles of action scenes. It doesn't really even need to be a fight sequence. It could just be some scene that needs to move along a bit. There's no ambience involved so that makes it even less restrictive.

I tried a new idea for the alternate track this time. I made a 'lite' version.  Basically I removed the larger orchestral elements. In this case it was the ostinato strings, and some of the larger brass parts. The result is a track that's similar, but feels slightly smaller in scale.

Please stay safe and look after each other.

Thank you, as always, for your continuing support.

Best,

Tim

My favorite one yet. Listening nonstop.

I enjoyed the Lite version particularly - I might use it for something comedic but not deadly

I'm loving the music-centric tracks lately... especially the older Procedural Noir, and Dark Angel ones. This may be fun for the Tiny Pirates campaign I'm thinking about.

The original track is so good and we use it a lot (especially when the rat swarms attack!). I can't wait to try version!

This version sounds like a 90s puzzle game or something. I love it!

Reminds me of the theme song for the Sherlock movies (Discombobulate). Very nice.
