A call-back to the Weiss/Winter Lamia images from some time ago, my suggestion is as follows: Ruby Rose transformed into a Lamia, in a similar manner to Weiss/Winter via use of dust she had spilled over herself, except her breasts will be two sizes up from Winter’s image. (I think they are size Huge, so up two from there.) You can add remarks from Weiss, to let them have a little scene.

Well, to answer your question, which only now showed up on this page for some reason, even having them merged, they still have separate bodies in your example, which is too many. Only up to three people can be conjoined or fused in one body and character extras can't really have any TFs.

I was imagining Lucy's 'Star' Dress Taurus form and Lisanna having used Take Over: Animal Soul to gain cow traits, and the combination of those in the confines of this universe results in them being merged. I mean, it'd be kind of odd if they didn't have at least the ears, horns, and tail. Unless I draw something like four breasts in the rough shape of an udder. That'd be interesting. And oh, by the Rock, you meant OxRock. Ok, that works. Since I can't think of what a cow soul would look like, I'm just gonna assume at that point they'd be wearing Lucy's Star Dress.
