Subscription Billing (Patreon)

Hey guys, quick heads up. 

I just enabled this new thing Patreon introduced called "Subscription Billing". Basically, new folks who pledge at the end of the month won't be charged again in a few days unawares at the start of the next month. Instead your next charge will 30 days later on the day you joined.

This change won't have any affect on existing Patrons. I'll just make a little less income from the double dipping of end of the month pledgers. 😁
