Finally get some spookiness up in this. Also the harpy getting her bird-freak on is something we've wanted to see from day one!

Armor Effects (plugs, cages) is going to hopefully coincide with the introduction of non-weapon equipment itself. Right now the plan is for plugs and cages to have special effect in battle and in some encounters, but we might at least have some boilerplate for other encounters when a plug/cage is discarded.
