Hello dear Patrons and thank you for being here!

1. A Message

I hope those of you who celebrates Christmas had a good time yesterday. And for those who follows the Gregorian calendar - I hope you will find joy in welcoming the New Year next week :)

I want to say thank you to everyone who supports me. Your appreciation for my full-time modding work enables me to keep going in life and to keep modding. I hope you enjoy the mods as much as I invest myself in making them.

2. Monthly Reminder: Patreon Charges Occur on the 1st of the Month

As we are nearing the end of the month, I must remind you that unless your block or cancel your subscription, you will be charged the amount of your pledge on the 1st of January, 2020. Please keep that in mind in regards to your financial management :)
If you intend to cancel your subscription, please remember to do so on the 31st of December at the latest!
Don't feel pressured to stay! We all have our financial pressures and I appreciate that you supported me even if just one month.

3. New Update to WooHoo Wellness & Pregnancy Overhaul

I have updated the mod with new features today - a Cheating Module.

The Cheating module: what is it?

It is, in part, completely new stuff, and in part a big re-design of my old Cheating Module from Contextual Social Interactions (that Cheating Module was the very first mod I ever made).

It will work hand in hand with another module, the Romantic Trust System.

IF YOU USE MY CHEATING MODULE FROM CONTEXTUAL SOCIAL  INTERACTIONS : YOU MUST DELETE IT!!! This takes over and replaces its  elements.

A. Replacing the Game Sentiment System for Cheating

In vanilla game, a Sim witnessing flirting will get the exact same sentiment as a Sim witnessing WooHoo. There are two possible ones the game will choose from in any of those cases, "Betrayed by Cheating" or "Furious about Cheating".
Would it not make more sense if the reaction depended on what was seen?

So, I changed the system. Now, those two game sentiments will be given exclusively when WooHoo has been witnessed or confessed to (through this mod). The rest of the time, custom sentiments fitting the situation are given,see them below:

B. Interactions and Other Features

Interactions regarding what happened will depend on whether it was only kissing / flirting / loving another that was witnessed or confessed to, or whether it was WooHoo.

Sims can also always "Confess to Loving Another" (if love exists but WooHoo did not happen) and "Confess  to Having Cheated With" (if WooHoo occurred, with or without love). This leads to Pop-Up windows where Sims need to decide to stay or leave (unless you turn off the pop up window, which you can!)

Confessions impact the Sim who cheated, the Sim they cheated with, and the Sim confessed to, in terms of friendship / romance bars and of sentiments.

Sims can also decide to end affairs via text by themselves, and partners may ask them to do that after learning of cheating.

Note about Choice Pop-Up Windows (leave or stay, etc)

Those are Optional, meaning, you can turn them off for specific Sims or Households, and then the outcome will be chosen by chance. This is also true of the window that pops up when a teen announces a pregnancy to their parents.


Note about Separating of the Cheating Module & Romantic Trust System

At first, I was going to put Cheating and Trust System together. But I decided it is better if they can work independently, and this way both can be completely optional. They will impact each other, but not require each other to be used in game. The Romantic Trust system is still upcoming but is getting closer and closer to being ready.

Lots of work left for the WooHoo Wellness & Pregnancy Overhaul mod to have all the modules I wish for it - but we've come a long way still since August! :)

If you have my old cheating module from Contextual Social Interactions mod, you'd need to remove it to use this as there are two - three things from it that moved into this and were modified instead.

What interactions do you mean? Some are autonomous for player and npc, some for npc only, some for neither

So just to make sure I understand- we remove V2 of WHW, AND cheating mod from Contextual interactions, and download V2.1 which replaces both? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just sometimes doubt that I am understanding instructions re mods, being newer to this.

Yes you are right! Hey, no stupid questions, I much prefer that you ask rather than making a mistake and then thinking my mod are broken madness, which I work hard for them not to be 😂 This stuff gets confusing and I update a little fast sometimes so it's always OK to ask questions

Hey the cheating mod does not appear to be working on my game. When cheating occurs it does not give any option to apologize, confess etc ..

How do the Sims cheat on each other? Also, you have the December 27th version? It works perfectly well for me and all testers. If it doesn't work, probably something is not set right or happening right, but no worries we'll figure it out with more info.

I have the updated version. For example the sims would flirt or kiss right in front of the other sim. The cheating sim doesnt have the option to promise to be faithful, confess etc. the only option that is available is “question closeness..”. The cheating emotion appears but thats about it. No ability to confess to loving another etc. sorry for the lengthy post.

They have the custom emotions ( next to the sim’s picture ). They appear to have the game sentiments. Also there is no option to activate things only to disable/enable pop ups

I have several actually. The cheating mod worked when it was with the contextual interactions.

Hi! Love your mods so much, however I'm, still having issues with the cheating options coming up in my game. They're just not showing. I've tried clicking on actions however nothing is coming up at all!! All the other elements are showing. In terms of mods I have: MCC and MCC woohoo, SOL, KS memorable events and explore mod, UI cheats extension and meaningful stories. I'm pretty sure I've followed all the steps correctly. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi! It works perfectly for me and my testers. So either your folder needs a bit of a refresh or some other mod is being mean with things. Here is what you could try which solved this for some people: remove all mods except mine (no worries you'll just launch the game into a household, try some cheating and LEAVE WITHOUT SAVING the last part being super important to not lose mod data, since all mods are out, you don't want to save your game that way trust me). So, remove mods, load game into household where cheating can occur, make it happen, check Sim's sentiments. Then leave. If it worked during that test, that's very good news. It should. Put back all your Mods, test again. If it still works - you're all good! But it's more likely you encounter the following. If it doesn't work again with mods back in - then there's a conflict. I don't imagine Kawaii Stacei's mods are doing anything. What modules of mccc do you have? But if you are willing to do the test I described above that would be great help.

Ok so I just tested without my mods and it worked, then put them back in and it didnt... so has to be a conflict!! V annoying but worth sorting. I have just downloaded the main MCCC and also MCCC woohoo, I didn't delete any of the packages. I'm going to just go through a process of elimination and see what works. Thanks for your help :)

So, Sims go about flirting in front of each other and they don't get the sentiments? You have the latest update? This is unknown to happen at all, only issues happening have been with other mods in and one of them conflicting.. So something must be missing...

Hi! This is such an amazing mod and I'm so appreciative of all the hard work you've put into it! I have a question: is there a way for my female sim to decide to take birth control without needing to be asked by their partner? The only way I've been able to get my sim to take hormonal birth control is by having the partner ask.

The only pop ups in existence in this mod are in the cheating module and the teen module; all these pop ups are taken into account in the settings to turn them off or on. Hope that answers it :) Reactions to pregnancy are based on pregnancy wish

So I have noticed something with my buffs. Should my male sim have the Baby blues and happy to have a baby buff?

Baby blues is not from my mod but Caradriel's better babies,if that's exactly what the buff is called. As for 'happy to have a baby', what do you mean? In the game itself un modded, fathers get a happy buff when a baby is born. In my mod they get a buff when told about pregnancy and of course still the after birth one. Can you give me more details? Context in game and the exact names of the moodlets? Thanks

I tried to post a picture but it did not work. But the moodlet is "My little baby" (from memory system) I still can't believe I gave birth. And that is being applied to the man.
