Hey everyone!  Here's my next reaction to MHA!  Wow, watching Izuku circle the drain this way, just totally wearing himself out till there's nothing left....it's scary!!!
And it was gut wrenching to watch All Might watch him do that!  I can't tell you the leap my heart did when Izuku is getting trampled, and is fading, and who else shows up but my AMAZING ANGRY ANGEL Bakugo!!!!!!!!  Of course his friends would figure out what's going on and go try to help him!  And if helping him means taking a stand and putting up a fight so he won't do this to himself anymore.....then I guess that's what's gonna happen, shoot!  What a great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Interesting note, when the class walks into the principles office, bakugo actually does up his tie and shirt in a show of... very minor bakugo respect. I can't wait for next episode!

Oh you will definitely need tissues for the rest of the season

Hi Hime :) The "Next, it's your turn" from AfO gave me chills, he takes All Might's sentence and twists it to turn it against Izuku, like a real villain would do in short. The one in the shadows when All Might was trying to catch up with Izuku is Stain. But I don't think we have to worry about that, Stain was a fan of All Might and said he was the only worthy hero who could stop him, so with All Might in this state, I don't think that Stain will hurt him. This end, Bakugo who takes the defense and goes to protect Deku, Uraraka who also gets up to protect and bring Izuku back, the whole class ready to face him to bring him back by force... Even looking back at all of this, I still had a tight throat and watery eyes. This season has been excellent from start to finish, we are coming to the end, but what a journey.

These episodes are a trial for sure...My pinky told me that the next one should not be better for the heart, or at least the eyes ^^ Poor Deku can't even catch the tiniest of breaks.... Loved your reactions, and I'll wait for the next one so we'll watch it together ;) see you soon :)

I’m so freaking hyped! I have no idea how this is going to go! Yeah Deku is really freaking tired, but unless Endeavor told 1-A about what he can do they don’t know about all his other Quirks! My immediate thought when Deku threatened them was that it’s like a raid boss in a video game, the whole class against Deku lol!

kamenriderhime

Oh wow!!!! I'll prepare myself! I know, poor Izuku! Thank you so much!!!! I hope you enjoy watching along with me!!! :) See you in the next one!

kamenriderhime

Me too!!!! That's true, they wouldn't know the specifics would they?? Hmm! Sheesh, it is like that isn't it lol!!! This is really gonna be something!

kamenriderhime

Hi Spadeas! :) Omg I know, the way AFO took that and made it something evil! Oh I didn't even realize that was Stain! At least he might not hurt him though. I know, it touches my heart to see them all rallying together to take Izuku back! It's moving right!!! It's been an amazing journey!!! Can't wait to see the final few eps!

2023-03-25 09:09:55 This is such a great episode I love how well written it was. I think it’s great how the heroes were immediately ready to go on the attack. It shows his anger & mental state that Izuku goes on the move 1st. But of course AFO anticipated this outcome and moved to somewhere new. The condescending claps fit him so much. Everything he said was designed to anger and put as much pressure as he could on Izuku from the mocking to poking at Izuku’s desire to help/protect others. As well as insulting All Might and throwing the it’s your turn line back in his face. The red shading was probably representing Izuku’s rage & frustration. Also even more crazy planning with an explosion that erased any evidence they might have found. I know it’s not the type of villain that’s for everyone but I love just how evil AFO is especially with how he seems to love/revel in being evil so damn much. And I think it’s because it’s not a cartoony kind of evil at least to me. It sounds like it won’t be shown but the only reason the heroes got out unscathed was because Izuku’s so fast he was able to grab everyone himself and with black whip and get out of there almost instantly. I really like the discussion of the heroes in the know about Izuku & the current situation particularly the stuff surrounding Mount Lady. I noticed the scar she now has after fighting Machia but what I didn’t notice until I saw a comment is that she also has a neck brace from that same battle so that she can keep going. I think she always had the spirit of a hero but she used to be more about the money and fame but I think after her experiences as well as seeing what a lot of other heroes went through she was able to realize the true hero inside her. It makes sense that some of this group would want to risk telling more heroes about One for All to create more of a support system for Izuku and to give them a better chance to get information about the league. It’s really great that they are worried about the pressure they are putting on Deku. Death Arms quitting is sad but it’s even worse/hits harder if you remember he was literally the 1st hero we see in the show catching some debris and has been shown multiple times. I'm sure he was also exhausted but it’s important that the criticism/negativity was what really pushed him to this and I think the comment about focusing on the negative is easy to connect to for content creators. Just because you are human doesn’t mean you aren’t a hero and I like that Endeavor can see that. It makes me happy that Endeavor is caring a lot about Izuku’s mental health if the public finds out about him. They don’t have a choice but to use him as bait but you can’t blame them for feeling guilty. What Izuku looks like after defeating the next assassin is terrifying. It’s hard to tell in Japanese but I am fairly sure his voice is deeper/rougher at this point and only gets worse. The entire scene of Izuku leaving All Might behind is so very sad. Deku becomes so intensely focused on a goal that nothing else matters and that has been a great asset in the past but in this instance it is very bad for his mental health especially with AFO’s mind games. It’s so Izuku that everything he’s doing is to protect those around him especially with the premonition of death hanging over All Might. It hurts that when AM thinks about telling him not to do everything on his own and it’s okay to rest Nighteye flashes in his mind. It sucks that AM doesn’t feel like he can say these things because of his guilt about the burdens he has placed on Izuku, not listening to others when they told him the same thing and probably realizing he can’t stop him. It also feels like Izuku is being harsh to distance himself from someone who might get hurt because of him. It’s painful that AM almost reaches him especially the voice acting and the wonderful meal ending up on the ground. Stain being here is more exciting than worrying because he would never hurt All Might in my opinion and it can create interesting things in the plot. It’s really depressing to see the physical, mental & emotional state Izuku is in this episode focusing so much on his mission/duty with others connected to All for One on his mind. We can see that he is becoming a legend but it’s not a good thing because even though he is saving people they are scared of him because of how he looks and from not knowing what’s going on. Also the design of his costume like this is awesome and in another context I would be able to cheer for him but it is another thing that is showing how much he is wearing himself down. He isn’t listening to anyone not even the other users which is a very bad thing. I like the different opinions the vestiges have about this development. It’s interesting that this version of his outfit makes him look more beast like to me. He just wants to keep all his loved ones safe & make the world a place where they can be happy without worrying about things. The images of the happy faces of the people he cares about are great but it’s sad to see how far he is pushing himself for them and everyone else. He is literally so exhausted he can barely even stand. And the attacks just don’t stop and it seems to be confirmed this Is AFO’s plan if we go by what Dictator says. These assassins don’t even have to beat him just continue to tire him out. Dictator has an interesting design and 1 of the most terrifying power in this show with the way it takes away your autonomy while you still have your consciousness. He could probably at least keep these civilians at a distance if he wasn’t so tired he was starting to become delirious which has a great visual effect in the animation. And it’s similar to Shigaraki in parts of season 5 which is likely on purpose. And then we see his face for the 1st time this episode & he looks dead inside. I love and was also as happy as you when Bakugo showed up & saved him from this mob by taking out the Dictator in a spectacular fashion. I love all of Izuku’s friends figuring out some of what’s going on with little information & showing their determination to help him especially Katsuki and Uraraka. It’s hilarious how the kids & the principal tricked Endeavor into a meeting. I love how no matter how much or little interaction/connection each student has with Izuku the most important thing is that he is their friend. I love how the students stepped up to convince Endeavor to cooperate. Especially Bakugo knowing Deku so well explaining how he is unable to take care of himself & unfortunately AM is only enabling him. I love how much care Bakugo is showing for his friend thinking about the whole show it’s great development. I’m glad someone pointed out to me that he is dressing really formally for Bakugo at least. I love what the principal says here & how it reminds Ochako of how much happiness this school has given her and how important it is for and to Izuku as well. I think it’s great seeing all of class A showing up for him In formation ready for any other villains. I love the writing choice that he is wearing the mask because he can’t smile like the ideal he has been fighting towards for so long. It makes sense that he would not accept their help but it’s still sad to see him get ready to fight past his friends. Although even before seeing the next episode I knew all of them would most likely be pulling their punches. Side note “All Might wannabe” might be the best insult Bakugo has ever come up with LOL. Also nice detail Deku is so tired he is using back whip like Doc Ock to hold himself up. The appearance of the Mirio squishy was very wholesome. Your really emotional discussion got to the heart of this episode. Awesome reaction & thoughts. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

I agree, this was so well done! It's sickening to think of how this was all set up to "trigger" Izuku, and the planning was insane too. True, he's definitely more sinister than cartoony. I didn't notice that about Mount Lady, that's a nice touch, and I agree that this experience might have sobered some of her other desires a bit and brought out the true hero. I love that they're considering Izuku so much too. And omg I didn't even realize that about Death Arms! That does make it more sad. I think you're right that Izuku's voice is different, it's sad watching the heroes watch him go through this, particularly All Might. Watching All Might try and reason with him is really moving too, but the whole situation is so sad because you know that they're both trying so hard to protect the other. I agree about the voice acting and it killed me to see that food on the ground! It really is depressing to see just how much has been done to Izuku's psyche and in a fairly short amount of time. Yeah this plan to wear Izuku down is really working and him not listening to anyone, not even the OFA users is really bad. The costume is sweet but I hear you, it's hard to appreciate it when it has these kinds of connotations. It definitely has a beast like appearance. Seeing his eyes really hurt me, that faraway look, sheesh. OMG Bakugo!!!! And I love the idea that all his friends had to do something to help! I know I love how Endeavor got tricked too haha. The formal dress on Bakugo is such a great detail and speaks volumes. That's so sad about him wearing the mask because he can't smile, ugghhh!!! It kills me. That was a good insult on Bakugo's part for sure haha. That's a good reference, he was kinda using Blackwhip like Doc Ock!! Awww I'm glad you liked my squishy!!! And my discussion!!! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and sorry once again that it took me forever to get back to you. I managed to get sick and I'm playing catch up!!!! Thanks again for being so awesome!!! ^_^
