Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to episode 36 of Kamen Rider Gotchard!  WHOA!!! So not only do we get the origin of Chemies, but we get a fairy tail come to life, and.....the death of a Chemy?!?! At Hotaro's hands?!?!?!! This is BAD!!! So there really is more to Gigist huh. I wouldn't be surprised it Hotaro is like, some really important person/creature in this whole thing. Like he's the reincarnated hero, or he's like all the good that Gigist shut away from himself in order to become pure evil. Dang!!! Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

So, I’m thinking kinda out loud as I go here… First off, since this is a different source than the normal one, some of the names and spellings slightly changed, but I think we got the… Gigist of it. /ducks Anyway, Lachesis was most definitely fake laughing at everyone and kind of mocking them. It seems like the Alchemy Association head honchos are just like - really inept corporation heads lol. Gigist wasn’t working with them but it appears their incompetence was to his benefit. Now the next thing is: the same power that took that one alchemy leader out - it seems Spanner because of his dark flame was able to withstand it. This is actually raising some questions about what exactly he is. You know, something kept nagging at me after your opening rant - and so I’m going to put it into the universe. First, Gigist called Hotaro a thief for having his power egg inside him, but I don’t think even Hotaro knew it. So how would something like that happen? He said it had been gone for 120 years. That’s a long time but… the most obvious way to pass something onto someone… you asked about Fuga, whose been “killed” on screen twice already (sorry Rinne), but we’ve never really explored what the deal is with Hotaro’s dad and that picture. Don’t tell me he is either connected to the Abyssalis King… or he actually is? Gigist said the Chemys were created to destroy. Even Hopper. He is technically correct as Hopper is a grasshopper, and they do devour farmland and fields in great enough numbers - but he also said Hotaro’s influence changed the Chemies. So what does that entail? If this is the original creator, he could do whatever he wanted to his creations… and it looks like he’s just caused Hotaro to murder one because it was Skebows or Sabimaru. He’s probably not gonna be okay after this… 😬 Unless he has another Chemy altering truck we haven’t figured on yet.

That opening was top tier. But comedy gold is needed and that’s Kajiki’s specialty. Hotaro is going to feel guilty about this. :( RIP Skebow 🛹 RIP Skateb

Yeah, some of the spellings are a little different, but what are you gonna do, it had to get filmed! LOL boooooo!!! Haha! Omg they are totally inept right?! They've always given me bad vibes. Oh that's a good call, it raises some questions about Spanner for sure. OMG you are actually the second person here in the comments to mention Hotaro's dad! I think that's a solid theory! I've seen comments suggesting that maybe Hotaro's final form will be able to counteract this, but I think there's a lot of fodder here for the argument that Hotaro is gonna be pretty wrecked by this, at least initially!!!
