Fixes a bug with Koikatsu characters imported to EmotionCreators

Changelog:

• [EC] Koikatsu cards and coordinates imported to EmotionCreators will no longer break if the outdoor shoes had edits
• Grouped the Material Editor button together with the Dynamic Bone Editor button for accessories (Thanks to Marco for the API changes that made this possible!)
