I don’t know if anyone told you but the two leads Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo fell in love during filming and got married shortly after this show that’s why the chemistry is so on point - they’ve unfortunately divorced tho :( Also the guy you’re talking about is Lee Kwangsoo from Running man (fun fact song joong ki used to be a cast member of running man at the beginning too and that’s why him and lee kwangsoo are friends and usually do cameos in each other’s work)

Thank you for moving the screen up, love you guys. That’s Lee Kwang Soo known famously from RUNNING MAN (Korean Variéty/Game Show, he and Song Joon Ki were best buddies in the early episodes of the show. He has also stared in a few Dramas. There was definitely Love at First Sight for SJK’s character & Dr. Kang is a bit cautious especially not understanding how Being Special Forces flies off whenever they are called up, the secretive part of it is gonna be difficult. As for Dr. Yoon and his buddy Sgt Seo there is a back story to their relationship which will slowly be revealed. Looking Forward to watching this drama with you both. Just learned there is a season 2 coming soon with the utilizing the main star’s from Crash Landing in the Leads.

The “Song” Actors were a real couple. They were married after the series aired. I think they were secretly dating already when they filmed Descendants. The staff noticed it too but nothing was official until they eventually announced their engagement. Too sad though, they ended up getting a divorce.

Sorry but there is no season 2 of this one..😅 Writer Kim's new drama called The Glory is coming up soon or later this year. I think it will be on Netflix. Also Song hye kyo (Dr. kang) is staring as a main lead in The Glory.

You guys are so funny with your theories. Lol. The two soldiers were not runaways. The lady soldier only told that to the doctor because she was pissed with her on & off boyfriend. And alerting the police about a soldiers’ occurences really does put a lot of paper work not because they’re runaway, Captain just don’t want to get through all the work while they’re on Leave Status😅. And that was a stab wound from their recent encounter with the North Korean troops. The Captain was talking about the gunshot wound on the upper part of the stab wound. Sorry I really cannot type in their names. I still call him Vincenzo even tho I know his real name is Song Joon Ki.

They already have a mutual attraction so it seems it was way quick to us but it can happen. Captain admires the doctor’s beauty as he was smirking a lot. You can tell he liked her from the very start. Even the doctor, felt the same way to him. But of course, we cannot deny the fact that they were really a couple then or starting to get into a relationship when they filmed this.

I feel the need to explain the first scene a bit more since it can be confusing. They were basically at the border of North/South Korea. Some North Korean soldiers had taken South Korean soldiers hostage in order to provoke SK to retaliate and shoot a NK solidier. If SK harms someone from NK, then NK can gain favor in political meetings bc SK didn't abide by their treaty to not harm one another. So Captain and the Alpha Team went in to save the hostages without harming anyone.

Some may think they’re moving too fast , but I don’t think so at all. They find each other attractive. It’s not like they’re already kissing lol they were jus trying to date like normal people. I’ve always wanted to watch a drama where it’s fondness or love at first sight for one of the main characters or both.

Trust me, this drama is amazing! You will love this cast! Episodes 1 and 2 are a bit slow, but the real deal starts at episode 3. Be ready for an amazing ride. You will laugh, cry and be overhelmed. This drama is top nocht!

I thought Josh was getting bored or impatient sometimes with the romcoms y'all were watching, so I think that's why people thought he liked more action? I'm not really sure but I did get the impression that he wanted "more" to happen sometimes. 🤷🏾 I'm probably not making sense but I hope you both enjoy the DOTS.

So I had never seen this show before and I watched it on my own first to give it support, and then watched your reaction to it and I definitely didn't laugh like this when I watched it alone. You guys are hilarious lol.

I don't know why some think they're moving too fast, they literally haven't even *done* anything, they're just really attracted to each other and agreed to a date. 😅 Also I'm sure the doctor is fascinated about military life a why helicopters are coming to pick this man up. I think I'd be staring after them too. Lol

Here we go.... This one, Goblin and Legend of the Blue Sea are like the holy Trinity of Kdramas lmao the era when these three were shown were magnificent

Also you will observe that how they approach this series is kind of.. different.. its because it was shown on a "mainstream" channel (KBS2).. The other ones you watch so far (Goblin, Its okay etc are from TVN which is a cable tv) hence this one has a more "commercialized" feel.

it's hilarious how josh is using all his k-drama references while watching new k-dramas ...also when this drama first came out I never really gave it a chance because it wasn't my cup of tea I found it to be quite cheesy at the most oddest moments ...just like josh said in the intro he will never force himself to continue watching a drama but that doesn't mean the actors aren't great....and IDK I never watched passed episode 3, but starting it up again with you guys and having your funny commentary makes this such a better experience and I'm enjoying it so far watching it with you guys :)
