Seoul concert restrictions are actually not from HYBE but from the Korean Government. As of now, there allowed BTS to have 15,000 seats (out of 45,000 available), which is still the largest capacity allowed for any artist in Korea during COVID. CGV theaters are live streaming the concerts and those tickets are already all sold out. As RM mentioned in the vlive, the concert restrictions in Korea does not allow you to scream and stand, You can only clap and everyone will still have a mask on. It is frustrating both for BTS and ARMY but I think they are happy to see each other again.

All of these cool announcements keep happening in America and it makes me sad. I'm sad but happy at the same time for the boys.. it's such a conflicting feeling. I'm all the way here in Canada and it's too expensive for me to travel and risky at that because of covid. I hope the boys come to ANY place in Canada soon. I will do my best to see them. 💜😭 And i totally understand your grieving with losing the MOTS7 tickets because i myself lost three of them all on section 1 and it would've been my very first time seeing them live. Army in general will never get over losing their tickets for that golden concert. ): At least my local theatre will have a viewing for the PTD concert in seoul!
