Hello Everyone, I hope you are having a good day, today I am doing a review of the Emergency Essentials White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.  It has a 25 year shelf life and easy to prepare.  Although I would prefer to store bulk items in order to make my own mac & cheese this item does have a place in the pantry of some preppers.  I hope you enjoy the videos and as always thank you very much for your support.  Many blessings to you and your families.

White cheddar cheese powder would have been better, I think anyway. LoL

Hello Pheonix, this mac and cheese is the white cheddar kind; I think that with a bit less water it would have been much better; after sitting in it's dish for about half hour it was thicker and the taste was bolder so I think that if I'd of used less water and let it sit for a bit longer would have been a much better result. None of it went to wast, Little Ms. Alaska Prepper saw to that, LOL. God bless and I hope you have a great evening.

Hello Valori, you know I have some of the A.F. Nacho cheese but have not tried it yet; have you tried any of it and if you have did you like it???

2023-03-05 20:17:00 I have not tried the AF nacho cheese yet. Today I will make some mac & cheese using the AF nacho cheese and let you know. NOTE: i just read the can and you mix in COLD water then heat. Will let you know how it turns out.

2023-03-05 20:17:00 I just made a batch of mac & nacho cheese and it was real good! I am not a real fan of mac & cheese but I would give it a 8.5 for taste and texture. I mixed the cheese powder with milk and added butter instead of mixing with water. When you buy a mix dry milk is one of the ingredients. I have not made this with just the cheddar powder so I can't compare that part. I did expect a small amount of spicy however it was not there. The can says it has jalapeno powder in it but I could not taste it. The flavor for mac & cheese was really good and very cheesy.
