In episode 24 Miyuki released the seal that was on tatsuya, and with that tatsuya's full power is being brought back to him, doing so unlocks also material burst which is an direct conversion of mass to energy (E=MC2, Einstein's equation) on the first target tatsuya converted 50mg of mass into 1000 tons of TNT, and the other Explosion that scorched halloween is named after is 1Kg of mass into over 2million tons of TNT, so yeah his power is insane, and Although the CAD (third Eye) helps him it doesnt have any power cuz a CAD (Casting Assistent Device) just helps the wielder of said magic, the magic power itself is just Tatsuyas Decomposition power to the limit, Demon Right, Decomposes stuff into molecules, while this magic into energy which is a step way higher.

Maheshvara is another name for Shiva, the enemy literally gave him the name of a god as nickname. Just imagine the terror of facing a seemingly immortal battalion of soldiers, all elite mages armed to the teeth, while your own people and machinery just randomly disappear in a puff of flames, he really put the fear of god into the enemy. Tatsuya's regrowth can't bring back the dead, it can restore the body but once death has been established even if he does so the person wont wake up again, implying that there is some kind of mind/soul/lifeforce that is lost when dying that he can't restore. That said, even if someone is shot through the heart or decapitated they aren't instantly dead so for those few moments after the injury he can still save them.

The third eye gun allowed Tatsuya to launch a magic sequence at a drop of water from 80km away. The pinpoint focus was because of the gun, but the power to make basically a nuclear blast from a small amount of any matter is Tatsuya's own magic, which was locked away until Miyuki released the seal on it. That's how I understood it :p

Aw, I appreciate the kind words fam and I'm glad I can brighten up peoples day. I do have a gaming channel "Naijul" where I did start making gaming vids earlier this year but got busy and haven't had the chance, though hopefully when I get my new pc in about a month I would love to start it up again. Also I mainly got into reactions because few of my friends recommended me to watch anime and record it since I was fairly new to the whole thing, I'd say if it wasn't for them pushing me to record and watch anime I would not be doing this rn which is CRAZY.
