The Integrity Knight numbers aren't how many times they have been reset, it's the order in which they were turned into Integrity Knights. So Alice being Alice synthesis 30 means that she was the 30th person to become an Integrity Knight

So, I don't remember if it's clarified more in details in the anime, but Fanatio's issues basically amount to what she explained this episode : because she not only is a woman but also is a beauty, the moment most men see her face they can't bring themselves to fight her seriously, which rightfully enrage her as this is something she considers a trample on her knight honor or something like that. Also bit of trivia, she is the second person Kirito ever encountered using multi-hit sword skills in that world ( the first being his Senpai for the academy). Their importance is skimmed over in the anime, but most of the underworld fighting skills rely on one hit - two handed - great strength sword skills, or at the very most two hits ones ( which is why in earlier episodes some people refered to Kirito's sword skills as acrobatics, and why most Integrity Knights suddenly become careful after crossing blows with them a bit, and why Deusobelrt asked for the name of the skills they used on the previous ep). Exceptions being : - The Serlut family who were banished from using their heirloom's skills and had to create their own as explained by said Senpai, - And Fanatio who basically created her own fighting skills because multi-hits make it easier to keep opponents at bay, preventing them coming close enough to notice her being a woman.
