Hello everyone! I hope you all had a safe and lovely Halloween.

This week I'm working on a video titled, The Eternal Debate: The Origin Of Spider-Man. The title is subject to change. It should be a reasonably lengthy piece about, well, the various claims about the character and the involvement of Jack Kirby, Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Along the way, I'm hoping to dispel some a few urban legends around the character's creation and maybe a few, lesser known facts that I didn't know until doing a TON of research.

Alright...back to editing the vocals. I hope to have this ready by Friday. See you all then!

I await the video but this claim by Kirby is one of those things that knocks down his image as a comics greatest martyr a little bit, alongside taking Marvel's side against Joe Simon and helping to ratfuck Carl Burggos on the Human Torch.

I just recently found out the original concept of Spiderman had a gun to shoot webs. They kinda did a homage to it in the Spiderboy series from Amalgam comics (the 90s mash up of DC and Marvel characters. This was a Spiderman & clone superboy mash up). Spiderboy used a gun to shoot his webs and swing with them in the comics.
