Muppets Tonight was the first series that the Muppets team created after Jim Henson was gone. But in this review, we will see them be a bit more edgy than how they were in The Muppet Show. But does that help make Muppets Tonight a better show? That’s what this review is all about!

Just to say I didn't remember too much of this series, In fact I come to realize I always get this confused with either with the Muppet show (in which now that can be debunked since the whole series is now available in Disney+) And the segments of the Jim Henson Hour, and I thought it was all in one entity. Overall I guess it wasn't a mystery to know that this show wasn't good even back at the day and even worth remembering at the time. All is to say it looked decently okay at the time, and I do remember some bit and pieces that is still funny and I would even say turned into memes on youtube. Does make you reflect upon what they did later for the 2015 series, now comes to the thought if that series was more of an Update version of "Tonight" while also being a parody of those Office-style sitcoms. Guess it's true what they say "Some things never change," for the better or worse.
