What a crazy week it has been of just marathoning reviews of newly released movies. I'm still not done with my massive round, but I do see the finish line up ahead with one more review that I'm working on now. I know Americans were prepping up for their Thanksgiving dinners and stuff, but I'm on a similar rush to get the videos for the rest of the year complete. With that said, here's what I"ve done this week.

- Created & Released my review of Strange World: At least for this year, this has got to be a record to go and quickly produce a review and have it be ready on the same week. I already prepared the intro beforehand, but then I went to see the movie on Tuesday evening, and then put all my focus on turning my thoughts into a video so that it was ready the next day. Sure I was a few hours late fo the usual Patreon post, but you still manage to get an early viewing of the review and have it be out on the same day as the movie's release. With that said, This really is like another Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Treasure Planet. It's got the same sci-fi adventure narrative, awesome worldbuilding and cool action, but the story and characters did need a lot of work and result Strange World to be Disney Animation's weakest movie in recent years. However, it is still a fun film and solid on it's own, so I'm not gonna be a hater on it. It's not great, but still good.

- Writing the Top 5 Best & Worst Animated Films of 2022: In the meantime while I was waiting in between reviews of Pinocchio, Strange World and Puss in Boots, I spent my time doing some writing on the Top 5 and placing where the new movies belong on the list at the same time. So far, these times have been helping me do a good amount of progress with this video so that I can be ready for the end of the year. I won't say that the script is complete right now, there are still a few adjustments and revisions needed before I move on to the next phase, but the production is still going well for now and once I'm done with Puss in Boots, I'm going all in to make this video and get the hype ready for it.

- More Established Titles Plugs: I don't know what it was with the last plug I did on the My Father's Dragon review, but I guess it did so well or the people at ET loved it so much and they gave me a big deal to produce more plugs for them from here up to Christmas. This is my first big multi-plug deal and it's exciting to get this opportunity. While working on the Top 5 script, I also updated some of the YouTube versions of the upcoming reviews where I included the ET plugs and made a few adjustments so that they can fit in their respective video. I'll say now that my new deal with them is that I have to include a plug on 5 more videos, including this week's Strange World review. They'll be a bit the same, but will have a different joke featured so that they can have a fun little surprise inside them. Just letting you know in case you see a pattern going on with my recent works.

- Currently working on my review of Puss in Boots: The Last Wish: It's a bit of an unusual time, but even as you're reading this now, I'm currently at the movie theater watching an early screening of the picture. There just so happened to be this special event going on that my local cinema was doing and, just like with Pinocchio, it's an opportunity I can't refuse. Yes, it's another movie for me to immediately get to work and produce a review (making it 3 new big-screen animated films in a span of 8 days), but this will be the last one. I've done everything to make sure I'm ready for this. The Shrek 2 review was excellent timing and gave me a bonus aid and I did watch the first Puss in Boots a few days ago. So now all I need is to get this one done, have it ready by around the holidays and then my December will be more open. Let's see how this grand finale will go.

So that's been my chaotic work week. I'm almost done with all of this, but I know that next week will give me an opportunity for a break because I got some conveniently placed events with family and friends to attend to. So at least they will help take some time away after all that reviewing. But first, I gotta go finish The Last Wish. So, until next time...

See ya later, dudes!

Good luck with getting your Top 5 Best and Worst Animated Films of 2022 list completed along with your reviews of Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio and Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. I think I already know which animated film is going to be the #1 Best Animated Film of 2022, but I won’t say it.
