$2 tier v0.42 gifset update (Patreon)

Hey everyone, here's the gifset update for v0.42. I wasn't really planning on updating this before getting requests to do so, so here it is. The changes between this and the v0.41 gifset are minimal, hence why I wasn't originally going to update it; there were lots of changes to the Lucas+Verreda BJ in v0.42, but most of them were transition animations and small variant animations, which don't really work well in this looping .gif format, so only the two main looping parts of the animation are included here.

As always, this should contain the loops (but not climax animations) for every H-scene currently in the game; let me know if you notice it's missing any. Enjoy!
