WiFiList is an experimental app to let you see your saved WiFi network passwords. Normally, this would require root access, but on Android 11 and 12, Shell (i.e., ADB) has the required system permission to retrieve passwords.

Using Shizuku and Wireless ADB, it's now possible to retrieve your WiFi passwords without root or even a computer. WiFiList depends on Shizuku, so if you don't have that installed and set up, check out the website: https://shizuku.rikka.app/.

This is an experimental build, with no initial walkthrough, and just a functional UI. If Shizuku isn't installed or running, WiFiList will just close. If you deny the Shizuku permission, WiFiList will close.

Right now, there aren't many features. You'll see an alphabetical list of WiFi network names with their passwords below. Hold down on an item to copy the password. WiFiList should support displaying both WPA and WEP passwords, but I haven't personally tested WEP. If a WiFi network has no password, "<NONE>" will be shown.

If you have any suggestions for other features you might want (network security type, whatever), let me know.
