(UPDATE: Appeal Accepted) Lockscreen Widgets removed from the Play Store (Patreon)

Surprisingly, Google accepted my appeal of the removal. Lockscreen Widgets will continue to be served on the Play Store for now.

Hey everyone.

This morning, Lockscreen Widgets was removed by Google Play for "accepting tax exempt donations through Google Play Billing".

It doesn't accept tax exempt donations, nor does it accept any through Google Play (it doesn't even accept donations).

This is the latest in Google Play seemingly targeting Lockscreen Widgets for some unknown reason. And I've had enough.

I've sent an appeal, and if it's accepted, I'll keep updating Lockscreen Widgets on the Play Store. Otherwise, Patreon will be the only source until another store comes along.

If you bought Lockscreen Widgets on the Play Store and aren't currently a Patron, I can try to refund your Play purchase (I don't know how this works with "Removed" apps).
