Happy Thanksgiving!

...to those of you in America. Happy Thursgiving to the rest of you.

With the Secret Tape Half-Life project behind us I thought I'd do a video where I basically just talk about the whole thing. I'm gonna keep Valve related talk to a minimum, but there's loads to talk about from a production perspective. Things like how I edited it, how we filmed it, the process to capture gameplay and craete the motion graphics. 

So slap this on while you're waiting for the turkey to roast and let me regale you tales of editing.

Oh and our NHL 94 doc is out on the Noclip channel tomorrow. Plenty to be thankful for!

Congrats on nailing your 7 year project! Hopefully you can release the longer version at some point. It was cool to see the Kirkland skate park in there a few times.

You're absolutely right about the angle for Gabe's shot. It did stand out and I remember thinking it was an interesting shot to go with and how it looked like Gabe was looking off to the side, but I do think it works even better than if it were framed differently because of how much Gabe stands out in the way he speaks and how he interviews.
