Where: Stunt Derby - load up the game and click on "Join" at that time.
How? DM me on Patreon for a Steam (Alpha) Key if you don't have one.

Hi Everyone,

It's a busy time at Noclip at the moment. We just wrapped editing on our The Last of Us Part 1 documentary (coming soon!) and are currently editing docs on Vampire Survivors (did you see the puppet?) and Age of Empires 2 DE (surprise!).

Did I mention we're filming Dwarf Fortress & Choo Choo Charles next week? Also that Wipeout doc is coming along.

I feel obliged to mention all of this in case you think I'm spending all my time working on Stunt Derby, which I'm not. But sometimes I wish I was because we're having so much fun putting this thing together. Our Friday afternoon playtests are often the most fun game I play each week and the game has been evolving so much over the past few months.

Anyway - to the point. We're trying to test 100 players playing at the same time so we need those of you who grabbed keys to jump on this Friday at noon pacific, and those of you who are interested in doing so do DM me on Patreon to grab your key.

The goal is to test out the server tech, see if it's fun at scale, and create some viral madness to help us get a publisher. You are also welcome to join the STUNT DERBY DISCORD (discord.gg/pdavScqsU4) for the test but there is no prerequisite.

If you have any questions let me know and thank you in advance for supporting this odd side project. We really hope we can get 100 of you there and film something super cool.

For such a large scale test you may want to reconsider the time to a point where it is less likely people are going to be at work.

As I've stated elsewhere (Patron show I think?) I'm not on Steam, but that 100 player mode (which, I know what's coming this Friday!!) had me giggling all the way through with the very end being absolutely hysterical. Again, not to belabor the point (and be repetitive at that), I so hope this eventually gets ported to console. To those who'll make the playtest, have a blast! Because just watching it was fun enough. Can't imagine what's like hands-on.

Yea sadly there is no golden hour for this type of thing as everyone has different schedules and with our healthy euro/uk contingent of our audience that makes it easier in some ways and harder in others. Apologies if you can't make it at that time, but thankfully we've had a healthy response and I'm optimistic we can hit it.
