Surprise!

So as a bonus to all my $5 and up patrons, I've decided to put together a few behind-the-scenes features showing how Noclip is coming together. In this first episode I bring my camera along for a day of random appointments; recording a podcast at my old job, having lunch with my Patreon liaisons, and catching up with Noclip's go-to camera operator Jeremy Jayne.

If you have any suggestions for future episode let me know, but you can expect a few more of thees in the weeks leading up to our first documentary shoot.

Come Clip With Me #1 - Bay Area Meeting Spree

Today I had a bunch of work appointments in San Francisco and Berkeley. So like a Watch Dogs 2 infomercial, I bounced around the Bay Area area with a camera to give you folks some insight into how we're building Noclip. In this video I head into my old workplace to record a podcast, visit the Patreon offices to make sure I'm doing everything right, and have a meeting in a park with Noclip camera-op Jeremy Jayne.

Yeah. This was a great video. Having in-depth documentary behind-the-scenes videos will be great, but I really appreciate these more casual day-in-the-life videos.

Awesome. Glad to see you're all glowing with passion. Also nice to see Mary and some of the other guys. I think you should keep doing this, but maybe in shorter format? Like I felt 24min was a bit too long. I enjoyed all of it but probably for Q&A that's good, for vlogs I think 15min is a sweet spot. Or maybe I'm just tired after the gym and grumpy lol Either way man, great job! Keep pushing!

Great vid, super fun! Also super funny you have to quit GS to then make behind the scénes stuff there! xP And don't worry that the docs will take a while to get started. I think I talk for most of us when I say that we're quite satisfied whit these kinds of vids and the live streams. The docs will be a delicious treat when they land! I trust you to make great stuff anyway. I'm supporting you so you can keep doing what you love and that's all I ask. No matter what it is and when we'll get to see it! ;)

Thanks Danny, enjoyed this, definitely do more and make it regular (like weekly if poss?) even if they are shorter. Personally, I'm more inclined to follow how it's going through video than other places/discord etc.

Good video. I definitely think you could push out a bunch of short 15 min behind the scenes/blooper type material when and as it happens, with weekly/fort nightly q&a at 30 mins. I agree that most of us who are funding want the bigger vids/docs to be not rushed and something your happy with. Great job, keep it up
