Regarding the Noise, Finé mentioned briefly at the end of S1 that the Noise were created by humanity as weapons after God took away mankind's understanding with the Curse of Balal, so supposedly they've been around for thousands of years. Fine mentioned they'd only escape the Treasury of Babylon once every few decades, but ever since Chris awakened Solomon's Cane Finé was able to make them appear whenever she wanted. Tsubasa referring to herself as a Sentinel happened in season1 as well. It's a specific term that we'll learn a bit more about later on, but it doesn't refer to Symphogear users in general. I should mention that in the very last scene (you only see it for a split second) Chris is holding on to Solomon's Cane while Hibiki is restraining Dr. Ver, so they did have the smarts to take that away from him.

So once Chris activated Solomon's Cane that gave Humanity the ability to control the noise through the Cane, interesting. If they escaped the Treasury every few decades, I wonder where the treasury is, hmm... Ah yes, I do remember Tsubasa referring to herself as a Sentinel and fair enough, seemed that I was looking into it too much there! Lastly, thank god for Chris taking the Cane back, I dreaded the fact that the next episode was going to start with some Dr. Ver shenanigans, but bless the gang for taking the Cane away from him, especially now that they have to deal with Maria!
