The Last Mammal (Patreon)

Hello you!!! Fancy seeing you here in this November. Thanks so so much for your support this month, and also just generally!

For those who don't know, I think I'm officially doing a film again! Work has begun on some little animated scenes, that belong in an idea that I'm yet to entirely jigsaw together. But they'll go in there somewhere!

Here is a three dimensional image- except it's only two dimensional from where you're sitting. This was one of this month's pen pal drawings, which I have traced with 3D meshes in Blender. I also recorded the process, so Exclusive Coin Friends (and up) can expect to see a sped-up video of me making it, as soon as I edit out all the times I stopped for coffee or googled Blender tutorials.

Drawing the actual picture, I guess I was thinking about early mammals in the Mesozoic era and how tiny we were. But now that I'm titling the image you know what, let's say this is the future and we got tiny again!

The original line art, along with all the other drawings, will be sent off to Pen Pals momentarily!
