ONE LAST FROG (Patreon)

Hello everyone!!!!



It’s been a pretty overwhelming couple of days since THROAT NOTES dropped- and whether you’re one of the patrons who supported me through making it, or a new patron here to help me make whatever the next thing is- THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!



I started this Patreon in 2019 with the specific purpose of funding THIS film, so now that it’s over we’re in uncharted territory! I’ve got a bunch of ideas for things to make and ways to share them with all of you. But, I’m also quite sleepy after making that big film, so I’m PAUSING PAYMENTS FOR JANUARY- meaning none of you will be charged- so I can give myself a moment to recuperate and decide exactly which thing I should do next (and empty out the shed to turn it into a functional paper/stop motion/film studio???) So I might not be posting anything here til February, but I hope to make a strong start!


Anyway I’ve made you all a little thank you animation on paper- which doubles as a series physical thank you cards for December’s Pen Pal patrons, that will be shipped off in the coming days!
I thought I was done drawing these frogs and their fiddly finicky character designs, but when I sat down right after finishing the film, my head was still in frog land, and it felt right to wrap up the film and the year with one last frog.



It’s 3 and a half hours until 2021 here on the East coast of Australia, so I better go drink a wine and light a sparkler or something! Love you all, take care and see you in a bit!!!
