New Comics From The House of Fun (Patreon)

Two House of Fun-related comics shipped to (some, a few) comic shops this past Wednesday, in case you didn't know.

Huzzah! Comics! We still make them, or at least we did and they're finally seeing print. Which two new funnybook-type things are we talking about? Well, let me tell you. 

First up --

BEASTS OF BURDEN: OCCUPIED TERRITORY #3 is out, from Dark Horse Comics. I think this issue is our best yet in the four-issue series. Benjamin Dewey really hit the art out of the park, especially in the yokai sequences. Which park did he hit it out of? I have no idea. Pick one. Written by me and Sarah, art and cover by Ben, letters by Nate Piekos, variant cover by our good friend Stephanie Buscema (image below). 

Annnd,  also --

MARVELS SNAPSHOTS HC collects all the one-shot stories plotted and curated by Marvels writer Kurt Busiek, one of which was a Human Torch story written by Sarah and I, with art by Benjamin Dewey (him again!), colors by Jordi Bellaire and lettering by Joe Caramagna. This was a lot of fun to work on, and it was super cool of Kurt to ask us on board.
