Kappa v3.0 Preview E10 (Patreon)

This is another not too major touchup, like the last version. If things go as planned Nostalgia Shader may soon be going into a rewrite as well and, in keeping with my new preview-handling, previews of that will be available here as well.

- fixed particles on 1.15 and newer
- fixed too bright and ghosty block selection box in lowlight scenes
- improved nether lighting
- made nether lighting adapt to biomes to a certain extent
