Kappa v3.0 Preview E9 (Patreon)

This version finally contains the highly requested (I heard you Hardtop :p) Parallax Occlusion Mapping with its accompanying self-shadowing. There isn't really a whole lot of other changes, which is also why there is no Lite version of this preview since it basically has no changes at all (as it won't have POM).
