HardTop RP Converter v0.985 (Patreon)

CTM and custom blocks are pretty iffy. Conversions of custom models and such require more work. CTM also changed a lot and while some blocks might work, some need lots of changes. This version doesn't support that yet. 

This new versions improves the 1.12 <> 1.13 conversion by adding support for custom models and CTM. Still WIP and probably far from perfect but should work OK in most cases.
