Happy to announce that the poll for our 1.6.0 content has officially closed, and this one was a bit of a blowout! Coming in with twice the weighted votes of any other option, you all overwhelmingly selected that you would like to put the 'dating' back in 'dating sim' and add in the ability to romance some of your favorite employees!

As you know, Paradise Heights takes a somewhat different approach to fraternizing with the boss, but this will mark the first time we've brought in a little actual romance. Luciana and I will be chatting about this in the near future and deciding how we want to implement this feature. We may be popping back with another poll to help us decide between some options, so look forward to that!

For those curious about the other results, it was a fairly neck and neck race for second place. Strong contenders were 'gamification', 'small scene additions', 'dual employee scenes', and, of course, the other type of romance: 'more intimate encounters with employees'.

In the meantime, work is proceeding nicely on our Petra update. Backers at the 5 dollar or more level will have an art preview to look forward to sometime next week. We are writing and coding like mad, and cannot wait to share the newest chapter in our favorite security officer's employment.
