Cambion's Corner - Poll Results and Road Map (Patreon)

Hello All!

Thank you all for your patience as we’ve gotten ourselves rolling on our next updates. I’m very excited to be able to make some big announcements today on the future of Paradise Heights, but first I want to get to our very first poll results page. After two weeks, the numbers are in and they are interesting!

As you can see, the clear big winner for this poll was gender changes, accounting for nearly a quarter of all our weighted responses, with body enhancements putting up a respectable fight just a few points behind. After that, mental adjustments and mythical creatures battled it out to a stalemate at the third place slot, with anthromorphic and inanimate transformations showing up behind them. Size change was able to turn out some devoted followers, but did have the smallest response rate on this particular poll. 

This is extremely helpful to us to know exactly what your favorites are. It doesn’t mean that transformations that scored farther down the list will never be featured, but we’ll be keeping those preferences in mind as we move forward (and you may also notice just a touch of influence on our next characters options, but I’ll leave that for a future update). 

With that done, I also want to announce our road map for the next three updates. As we previously announced, the first update will focus on Lazren’s return and evaluation of your demonic activities, along with some gameplay expansions to the underlying mechanics. That means new buildings, a new task for chapter 2, and some very steamy scenes with our favorite boss. Characters who manage to exceed her lofty expectations may find they have even more options when she comes to call! In addition, this update will ALSO include the ability to customize your character coloration, including hair, lips, eyes, and skin tone. Look forward to a preview soon showing off some of our favorite new combinations.  

The second update will include a new character, complete with two different transformations! We’ll be teasing some specifics in the next few weeks, but I am excited to announce that (while we aren’t yet at the art milestone) Luciana and I have been so overwhelmed with the response that we’re going to ensure that both update 1 and 2 are fully equipped with brand new art! We’ve been in contact with our previous artist, the excellent Noiz, and we’re already plotting out some very lovely sequences. 

Finally, I want to talk about our third update, which I know will excite a lot of you. After a lot of discussions and planning, we can announce that the third update will add gender unlocking! You’ve asked for it, and we’re going to give it to you. This will allow players to choose between male and female protagonists (or, of course, those that prefer Lazren’s selection are free to remain as they are). After listening to you, we’ve decided to make this unlock retroactive and integrated from the very beginning of the game, so those of you who always wanted to can start in your preferred form from Lazren’s introduction onward. For each new gender, there will likely be a mix of totally new content and tweaks to existing content (depending on whether the current scenes work for the new gender). 

Work has already begun on Update 1 and is going well. We’ll be starting to roll out previews as we get a little closer to the launch, but we think these three updates will push Paradise Heights to new…ah…well, heights! We hope you’ll continue to join us on this journey, and we look forward to seeing your reaction to our newest content.
