Continuing a feature dating back many months, here are some slightly more recent design sketches I worked up for the Half-Elf (formerly of Patreon damsel-in-distress project Hushed Half-Elf) from long-developing fantasy comic The Last Party. First off is an analog-penciled sketch set that I forgot to post with our previous bunch of Half-Elf redesigns lo these many months ago:

Wow, a group height chart and everything! (Note the vague indication of a Bard character, who wound up getting spun off into yet another potential fantasy comic, The Devils' Art.)

Next, a much more recent set of sketches drawn in Clip Studio Paint on the ol' Wacom Cintiq:

As you can begin to see with the sketches above, I started giving her really, really long hair flowing hither and yon, as seen further in sketches I just finished this morning:

Then again, you already saw a finished piece of art featuring the Half-Elf rocking super-duper long hair a few months back, along with the Human Mage:

Note that this visual riff originated with Empowered vol.12's "Scary Badass Emp":

Anyhoo, speaking of the Mage from Hushed-Half-Elf and now The Last Party, I spotted an incomplete sketch set of said character a-lurking on my iPad:

Finally, here's a relevant piece from 2022 that might never have been seen by the sub-$10 tiers:

Anyhoo, that's all I got for you today, folks. Now, back to grinding away at an update for other fantasy project The Chaste and the Chained!

NEXT TIME ON THIS HERE PATREON: Ehh, Tuesday will very likely see January's Exclusive Monthly Bonus Post for the Biggest Spenders of the $10 & $20 tiers featuring the last bunch of art-request CSP sketch sets; hence, that means I'll be putting up another art-req master-list post for the $20 tiers shortly as well.

Wednesday's Distressed Damsels post for the $5+ tiers will feature the aforementioned update from The Chaste and The Chained as the Elf continues her struggle against the magically animated Chair—assuming, that is, I can finish and schedule that update without the g-d power going out again. (Perils of stormy New England winters, folks.)

As for Friday, I have no g-d idea what that post will be. Let's find out together, shall we?

I've always been rather fond of the long flowing hair motif, even whilst realizing short hair is probably easier for artist to deal with.
