DISTRESSED DAMSELS: A ROSE & LILY sketch set revisited, 20+ years afterward (plus bonus sketches)! (Patreon)

A few months back, I stumbled across the rough for a never-completed commission from 2002 or so in comic-page format, depicting Dirty Pair's Yu--nay, Lily (from the future Rose & Lily) getting bedamseled in a forest setting by unseen captors:

Her captors seem diminutive, yet tote futuristic firearms; goblins with guns, perhaps? Needless to say, I've long forgotten what was supposed to be going on in this rough.

Yu--nay, Lily's pose in the last panel is, I suspect, derived from a similar Lily pose that appeared in a back-up story I wrote & drew for the color miniseries Dirty Pair: SimHell Remastered in 2001:

In fact, 'tis possible that the page rough actually predated the Remastered back-up story and inspired that pose. (Note the very similar facial construction from the dawn of my early-2000s journey into "Minimal Nasal Indication" in chara designs.)

Anyhoo, in the last month or two, while grinding away on large-scale projects like the Venom Wars: Fantastic Four Marvel one-shot script and my Unidentified Fantasy Offering #1 script, I revisited that old page layout (with my modern-era 8B pencil leads) during breaks in word processing:

Presumably, a notably fuller-figured Lily has run afoul of unseen Goblins again, though in a different manner than the last time we saw such a scenario (rendered in Clip Studio Paint iOS) in a Big Spenders Monthly Bonus Post a month or two ago:
