I started to write this based on the simple premise that a perfect female voice will lead a person into gender change, but then I discovered the whole world of dubbing and voice actors, and I really got enthralled by it.  Still, my stories remain short!

Oh no, Maryanne. Such a great new character you've created in Gem and you didn't deliver the happy ending! But there's hope...if you ever felt the need to stretch out and do a novel-length piece. That aside, it's another bullseye of a story for you. Just between you and me, Maryanne, this story is similar to a story idea I was going to develop before ditching it for my first multi-chapter story on BCTS. In my story idea, the "actress" actually did go to France to act but the "manager" was her film director AND love interest.. It would have included a lot of French pop songs and Miles Davis jazz. Oh well, maybe next year. Great story, Maryanne.
