Pretty Alright (Patreon)

So I couldn't sleep last night.

And I didn't really have that much of a premise in my mind as I set out. But the tablet was fully charged. So more than anything, this was mainly just a challenge to see how far along I could get a drawing in its drawing app. I mean it was my first time really progressing past the rough sketch or even just basic line art phase. It took way longer than it should have & there were a lot of issues with masks & things as it was weird getting used to a different workflow. But I'm not too mad at it for a first try. And more practice I get, the more I might be able to actually do! So that's a plus. And while I had intended to make it a blueberry piece from the beginning, it was easy to get two versions with two slightly different threads playing out in them.

Attached is the timelapse if you're interested in that sort of thing. There was a lot of flipping & I eventually settled on the other side. But it doesn't record those. Text & touch ups done in PS after. Enjoy!
