State of the Patreon (6/15/2022) (Patreon)

Dear Patrons:

Long time, no see!  Sorry to have been M.I.A. the past few weeks, but a number of personal challenges hit me at once, culminating with a bout of Covid that I am still fighting through.  It’s been rough.  I’m a naturally positive person, but the rapid-fire nature of all these setbacks really sapped my enthusiasm and creativity.

Luckily, I have a great co-captain in Riptoryx who took the helm and kept things moving forward while I was indisposed. There’s no way One Night Adventure 2: The Tutor could have been released this month without his efforts.  Although most of the writing was completed before I suffered my series of unfortunate events, he stepped up in my absence to take care of all the necessary behind-the-scenes minutia: coordinating with our illustrators, editing the game’s content and coding, overseeing the beta testing, etc.  I’d call it a thankless job, but I’m going to say it right now: THANK YOU, RIP!  You’re the best!

I’m also grateful to report that, as I type this, most of my personal bugaboos have been mitigated (if not resolved).  So, it is with a renewed vigor that I present the following SOTP news nuggets:

*As previously mentioned, last week saw the official release of our most ambitious project to date: One Night Adventure 2: The Tutor.  We hope you're enjoying it so far.  Please report back on what you think!

*One Night Adventure: The Party, our original entry into the series, is now available to  ALL Mavrip patrons.  If you haven’t played one of our One Night Adventure games yet, now’s your chance!

*We plan to promote the new ONA heavily over the next few weeks and, in anticipation of a surge of new Mavrip patrons (fingers crossed!), we have created a new tier goal!  Once this goal is met, we will undertake a brand new narration project to be voted on by you!  (Check out our narration for "Jean Therapy" here.)

*As an additional perk and apology for a lack of content in recent weeks, we've made several older chapters of our long-running weight-gain serial, The Harem on the Hill, available to all patrons (through Chapter 55).  Now’s the time to catch up on how your harem is doing!   While you do, we're preparing an extra-long chapter (#68) for release next week!

Again, thank you for your patience while I've been a patient ;).  Your kind words and ongoing support brightened my days and definitely hastened my recovery!
