The New Mrs. Claus (Part I) (Patreon)

Merry Christmas, Patrons!  I sincerely hope you enjoy "The New Mrs. Claus," our third collaboration with the mighty Magmaman!  (https://www.deviantart.com/magmaman)  I did not plan to post it in parts, but health issues in my family delayed my progress.  Hopefully, this installment will put you in the Christmas spirit, while the second (there will be two) will kick-start a bigger and better New Year with a bigger and better "Mrs. Claus."

This is more of a fable than my typical fiction, but it's a style I've dabbled in before (https://www.deviantart.com/maverickthewriter/art/Tangled-Act-III-Alternate-Version-650928024).  As per usual, the story was created around Magma's visuals, rather than illustrated to match my writing, and the whimsical graphics he gave me begged for a "once upon a time" type narrative.  I hope you find it effective and enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it!  

As with all our collaborations, I've attached a PDF with visuals, as well as full-size, full-resolution versions of the images for individual download.  I will post the second installment as quickly as possible.
