If you want to fat-shame in today's society, you need at least six-years of intense graduate and undergraduate study.  Seriously, Doctors have a lot of leeway under the guise of "it's for your own good."  And, if you're like me, you find fat-shaming under those auspices particularly hot.  Words like "plump" and "zaftig" are pleasant-sounding, but fail to convey the gravity (pun intended) of packing on prodigious pounds.  Dire clinical terms like "morbid obesity," however, have grave connotations that really resonate.  Getting fat isn't just fun and games, kids!

Diagnosis: Feeder (see attached PDF) is a vignette that explores the embarrassingly erotic revelations that come with a visit to the doctor after a substantial weight-gain.  It's not virgin territory (I delved into similar themes on Dreamer Goes to the Doctor:  https://www.deviantart.com/maverickthewriter/art/Dreamer-Goes-to-the-Doctor-314252034), but I hope you'll enjoy the fresh angle I took for this fun little tale.

PS: Since Doctor visits are a popular subject in weight-gain circles, other authors have explored the theme.    Heather's Visit to the Doctor by Max is one that my writing partner Riptoryx called my attention to.  I didn't read it ahead of time, but I'd be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the similarities:

8/3/2020 UPDATE:  I've incorporated several commissioned illustrations by the wonderful and talented Asaragi:  https://www.deviantart.com/asaragi

Please "watch" his page and throw him some support!  He's a good guy and a fine artist.
In addition to embedding them in the story PDF, I've also attached higher-res "patrons only" versions below.

Please let us know what you think.  Would you like to see more of Asaragi's work accompanying ours?

Best--

It can make for a vicious feedback loop...so to speak. ; ) -Riptoryx

Damn, this is a good one. It might be kind of fun to check back with these two later (and see what other scenarios they roleplay)

Thanks, James! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Although the surprise is gone, I enjoyed writing the characters and role-playing element. I may revisit them down the road!
