I think it's funny that these two ended up having a very similar theme. The Captain Marvel versus Captain Marvel was one of my top DC-vs-Marvel ideas, and I wasn't happy with that Flash-vs-Quicksilver thing I did. It was very 'meh,' and this is better just because of the names.

Considering how utterly silly and corny his whole schtick seems now (how do you explain him in a thesis statement?), I'm really amazed they did a good job translating him. I love the idea of a kid transforming. Detective Conan vibes. Big with Tom Hanks vibes. That Narnia book where the kids becomes a dragon. Captain Marvel is a bit much though.

I'm playing around with different 'style' choices. I've always sucked at placing/drawing noses, and I think it messes up how I want my faces to come across. I just skipped them this time. I think it works, kinda.
