I took this one before I started enforcing the "one character rule" for Duke sketches. It looks like shit. Can you believe I spent all day on this? Everything looks and feels like shit. I'm going through the worst burn-out I've ever felt. Everything looks like shit. I don't even want to draw anymore. Heads up to anyone with a pending commissions. It's going to look like shit. I'm not drawing for quality anymore, because I can't see quality anymore. I'm just drawing to get it done. That's it.

I think you're being a bit too hard on yourself man... I know you'll feel better eventually, just hoping for sooner than later, sending good vibes man.

Dude his left arm looks a little off but other than that it doesn't even look bad compared to your other pieces, this is all in your head dude part of that is normal for creative people but it seems like part of it too is you are unhappy with some aspects of how you run your business with drawing smut for money but also don't want to go back to working a "real" job so you're struggling and fircing yourself to continue being an art machine which is making you like drawing less and less just my observation as a long time follower

I've been considering ending my Fool an Prince tiers, and moving to a more free-form commissions process. That way I can field a bunch of different requests, and only take the jobs that sound interesting, rather than being on the hook for the same stuff every month. That hasn't really been a part of this piece. It does look like shit though. It at least felt like shit. It took a long time too, which makes no sense. Why did it take so long to get so little?

Didn't realize it was so rough on ya to get this done. Ya alright out there?

You still do good work, just take a breather man. You'll get back into the swing of things. We all have some off days.

If you're stuck in a rut, maybe try experimenting with different art styles? (not that you're art style is bad) Maybe after trying a few sketches with DRAMATICALLY different art styles, you'll take different aspects from each of them that will make your art better! (we really like your work, regardless, so i'm sure we'll support you, either way!)
