Uh. I kinda of like this style. Every now and again I'll completely switch up how I do something, just to shake things up, and whereas normally I just end up doodling some shit, this one actually came out pretty cool. Maybe it could use more work, and maybe some shading on the hair to make it look less dirty (although this style kind of pushes itself towards dirty). I think I might want to use this style in the future for something. Maybe even a comic.

So, what makes this different than my regular stuff is that my regular stuff is usually made in four steps. Sketch. Lines. Flats. Shading. This picture was really just made in three steps. Sketch. Flats. Shading, but with a lot of going back to the sketch and cleaning it up. Everything went fine when just making a bust, but a full body might be a trickier proposition.

Looks great. After having looked back at the history of Mark the Barbarian comics I assume that Cadence's look at the end of Briar's introductory comic will never come about, the one with her in green.

Yeah, I was just messing about back then, and although I don't remember the design that well, I'm pretty sure it was unnessarly complex. I know that the style I want to go for is something like what you see in Frazetta or Vellejo, where the girls are basically in metal bikinis or only have metal nipple-plates.

Maybe like an older "time travel" cadence, not sure if the "innocence" on cadence's face might be lost.

Master Dragon

She looks awesome regal yet mega sexy!

I like seeing you do this, I guess, more painterly style.
